摘要
随着人口老龄化程度的加深,我国不仅要面临较大的社会养老压力,还要面对人口红利弱化等问题。因此,老年人力资源开发和老年人后职业发展逐渐受到社会广泛关注。发展老年教育是促进老年人力资源开发和后职业发展的重要途径。当前,老年教育在促进低龄老年人后职业发展方面还存在思想观念、文化质量、发展结构和技术障碍等方面的问题。实施转变观念、健全法律和政策保障体系、拓展老年教育资源供给渠道、提升教育质量等发展策略,有利于促进低龄老年人的后职业发展,实现“老有所养、老有所学、老有所为”的目标。
With the deepening of the development of population aging,China not only has to face greater social pension pressure,but also faces problems such as the weakening of demographic dividend caused by changes in the labor supply structure.Therefore,the development of human resources for the elderly and the post-career development of the elderly have gradually received widespread attention from the society.The development of elderly education is an important path to promote the development of human resources and post-career development for the elderly.At present,there are still some problems in the ideological concept,cultural quality,development structure and technical obstacles in the promotion of the post-career development of younger elderly people in elderly education.By changing concepts,improving the legal and policy guarantee system,expanding the supply channels of educational resources for the elderly,improving the quality of education and other development strategies,it is conducive to promoting the post-career development of younger elderly people and achieving“a sense of security for the elderly,a sense of learning for the elderly,and a sense of achievement for the elderly”.
