摘要
目的:探讨行动学理念指导的赋能健康教育对围手术期乳腺癌患者干预的效果,及对生活质量、心理状态等的影响。方法:选取某院收治的乳腺癌患者220例,随机分为参照组、研究组,各110例。参照组采用常规教育模式干预,研究组采用赋能健康教育。比较两组并发症情况、健康教育掌握率、心理状态、生活质量、睡眠质量及术后康复状况。结果:研究组围术期患侧水肿、皮下积液等并发症发生率显著低于参照组(χ^(2)=7.627,P<0.05);研究组健康教育掌握率、乳腺癌患者特异量表(FACT-B)评分显著高于参照组(χ^(2)=25.211,P<0.05;t=6.178,P<0.05),焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分显著低于参照组(t=21.864,10.963,15.263;P<0.05);研究组肩关节外展、内收活动度显著大于参照组(t=6.604,8.301;P<0.05)。结论:乳腺癌围术期患者接受赋能健康教育干预,可有效改善其生活质量,抑制负性情绪。
Objective:To explore the intervention effect of empowerment health education guided by action theory on breast cancer patients in perioperative period,and its impacts on quality of life and psychological status.Methods:A total of 220 patients with breast cancer admitted to our hospital were randomly grouped into a reference group and a research group,with 110 cases in each group.Reference group received conventional education intervention,while research group received empowerment health education.The two groups were compared in terms of complications,mastery rate of health education,psychological status,quality of life,sleep quality,and postoperative rehabilitation status.Results:The incidence of complications such as postoperative edema and subcutaneous fluid accumulation in research group was obviously lower than that in reference group(χ^(2)=7.627,P<0.05).The mastery rate of health education and the score of Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy-Breast Cancer(FACT-B)in research group were obviously higher than those in reference group(χ^(2)=25.211,P<0.05;t=6.178,P<0.05),while the scores of self rating anxiety scale(SAS),Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI),and self rating depression scale(SDS)were obviously lower than those in reference group(t=21.864,10.963,15.263;P<0.05).The ranges of motion of shoulder joint abduction and adduction in research group were obviously higher than those in reference group(t=6.604,8.301;P<0.05).Conclusion:Empowerment health education intervention for patients with breast cancer in perioperative period can effectively improve their quality of life,inhibit negative emotions.
