不同抗生素在呼吸内科感染治疗中的临床效果观察

摘要 研究分析呼吸内科感染性疾病治疗中不同抗生素的应用效果以及用药安全性。选取2023年1月—2023年8月于呼吸内科接受治疗的90例呼吸感染性疾病患者为研究对象。采取抽签法将患者分为对照组及观察组,每组各45例。对照组实施左氧氟沙星治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上实施头孢他啶治疗,对比两组患者的临床疗效、炎症因子水平、呼吸功能以及不良反应等指标。结果显示,观察组患者的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的止咳时间和退热时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的各项炎症因子水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者各项肺功能指标均优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者用药不良反应总发生率比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。研究发现,呼吸内科感染性疾病治疗中左氧氟沙星联合头孢他啶治疗的效果优于单一左氧氟沙星治疗,临床可根据患者的实际情况合理选择药物。 To study and analyze the efficacy and safety of different antibiotics in the treatment of infectious diseases in the respiratory department.90 patients with respiratory infectious diseases who were treated in the Department of Respiratory Medicine from January 2023 to August 2023 were selected as the study subjects.Patients were divided into a control group and an observation group using a lottery method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received levofloxacin treatment,while the observation group received cefotaxime treatment on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,inflammatory factor levels,respiratory function,and adverse reactions of the two groups of patients were compared.The results showed that the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);The cough stopping time and fever reducing time of the observation group patients were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05);The levels of various inflammatory factors in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,all lung function indicators in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05);There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse drug reactions between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).The study found that the effect of levofloxacin combined with ceftazidime in the treatment of infectious diseases in the respiratory department was better than that of levofloxacin alone,and drugs could be reasonably selected according to the actual situation of patients.
