摘要
以二甲基硅油为原料,十二烷基苯磺酸钠和3种异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚为乳化剂,水为分散介质,通过机械乳化法制备了二甲基硅油乳液,研究了非离子乳化剂复配质量比、非离子乳化剂用量、乳化搅拌速率、乳化时间对二甲基硅油乳液性能的影响。结果表明,较佳制备条件为异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚1303、1307和1310按质量比1∶ 2∶ 1复配作非离子乳化剂,非离子乳化剂用量为二甲基硅油质量的12%,乳化搅拌速率为2 000 r/min,乳化时间为90 min。此条件下制得的二甲基硅油乳液颗粒粒径分布为100~ 600 nm ,外观为乳白色泛蓝光液体,水分散性为5级,离心稳定性和稀释稳定性良好。
Dimethyl silicone emulsion was prepared with polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS), three types of polyethylene glycol monoisotridecyl ether and sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate as emulsifier, and water as dispersion medium, by mechanical emulsification. The influences of the mass ratio of nonionic emulsifier, the amount of the nonionic emulsifier, stirring speed and the emulsification time on the emulsion performance were studied. The results show that when the ratio of emulsifier is m (1303)∶ m (1307)∶ m (1310)=1∶ 2∶ 1, nonionic emulsifier amount is 12%(relative to PDMS), stirring speed is 2 000 r/min, and the emulsification time is 90 min. Under these conditions, the particle sizes of PDMS emulsion range from 100 to 600 nm, the emulsion appearance is milky white liquid with blue light, the water dispersibility is grade 5 and the centrifugal stability and dilution stability are good.
