摘要
检验报告正确解读是合格的检验医师必须具备的重要临床能力。同济大学附属东方医院检验医学科专业基地以《住院医师规范化培训内容与标准(2022年版)》检验医学科培训细则为指导,运用以多个病例为基础的病例分析教学方法,实施检验报告分层递进解读的教学流程,结合多种教学形式,探索病例教学与临床实践相结合的临床思维培养教学模式,为培养具有岗位胜任力的检验医学科住院医师提供教学思路。
The correct interpretation of laboratory reports is an important and obligatory clinical ability that qualified laboratory physicians should possess.Guided by the national Standardized Training Content and Standards for Resident Physicians(2022 Edition)-Detailed Rules for Laboratory Medicine Training,the Department of Clinical Laboratory of Dongfang Hospital Affiliated to Tongji University applied the case-based learning mode in a stratified and progressive teaching process.And by implementing it in various teaching forms,we explored the teaching mode of combining case teaching with clinical practice to cultivate clinical thinking,and provided teaching ideas for cultivating qualified laboratory physicians with job competence.
