非煤矿山采空区失稳风险综合评估方法研究及应用

摘要 采空区的失稳会造成井下发生大规模地压活动,进而诱发地表沉降塌陷、采场大规模冒顶和井下透水事故,给矿山带来巨大灾难。采空区失稳风险评估是预防采空区灾害的重要手段,对保障矿山安全生产具有重要意义。目前常用的风险评估方法很少考虑安全措施对采空区风险的抵消作用,使得风险评估的结果与真实情况存在偏差。同时,现有的采空区风险评估方法未对事故风险的潜在强度进行考虑。创新性地提出基于数值模拟方法通过引入采空区周边塑性区范围内的总弹性应变能指标用于衡量采空区失稳风险的强度。此外,受体的暴露程度在风险评估中很少被关注。因此,紧密耦合采空区失稳风险的可能性、采空区失稳风险的强度、受体暴露特征和治理措施效果有关的独立参数来表征采空区的失稳风险,构建了四重耦合综合评估模型,将其应用于内蒙古某矿山采空区风险评估工作。结果表明:Ⅲ号矿区采空区失稳风险较大,风险等级为Ⅲ级,预警色为橙色。基于数值模拟结果验证了评估结果的准确性,分析了采空区失稳风险的机理,为评估模型结果提供理论依据。研究成果可为指导采空区治理提供重要的参考依据。 Goaf destabilization causes large-scale underground ground pressure activities,which induce surface subsidence and collapse,large-scale roofing in the stopes and underground water penetration accidents,and bring huge catastrophes to the mines.Goaf destabilization risk assessment is an important means of preventing goaf disaster,which is of vital significance to ensure the safe production of mines.Currently commonly used risk assessment methods seldom consider the offsetting effect of safety measures on the goaf risk,making the results of risk assessment deviate from the real situation.Meanwhile,existing risk assessment methods for goafs do not take into account the potential intensity of accident risk.This paper innovatively proposed a method based on numerical simulation to measure the intensity of goaf destabilization risk by introducing the total elastic strain energy index within the plastic zone around the goaf.In addition,receptor exposure is rarely a concern in risk assessment.Therefore,this paper closely coupled the independent parameters related to the likelihood of the goaf destabilization risk,the intensity of the goaf destabilization risk,the receptor exposure characteristics and the effectiveness of the management measures to characterize the goaf destabilization risk,and constructed a quadruple-coupled comprehensive assessment model,which was applied to the risk assessment of the goaf in a mine in Inner Mongolia.The assessment results show that allⅢmine goaf destabilization risks are high,with a risk level ofⅢand a warning color of orange.The accuracy of the assessment results was verified based on the numerical simulation results,and the mechanism of goaf destabilization risk was analyzed to provide a theoretical basis for the assessment model results.The research results can provide an essential reference basis for guiding the goaf management.
