摘要
目的以现有战伤镇痛注射(安瓿抽吸注射为主)效率低为背景,设计出一种新的注射器,将发明问题解决问题(TRIZ)应用于战伤镇痛注射器的创新设计中,并进行优化。方法利用TRIZ理论建立注射器系统功能模型,利用技术矛盾矩阵和物场模型求解。对其进行细节设计,得到了完整的设计方案。结果基于TRIZ理论,设计出了一种预置式剂量可控战伤镇痛注射嚣,剂量调节装置实现了剂量可控,预置药囊可完成快速更换,达到了最初的设计目标。结论基于TRIZ理论的预置式剂量可控战伤镇痛注射器结构简单,实用性强,且提出了结构化的创新设计,是一种有效的、创新的设计方法。
Objective Based on the low efficiency of the existing war injury analgesia injection(ampoule suction injection),a new syringe was designed,and the invention problem solving(TRIZ)was applied to the innovative design of the war injury analgesia syringe and optimized.Methods TRIZ theory was used to establish the functional model of the syringe system,and the technical contradiction matrix and the object field model were used to solve the problem.The detailed design is carried out,and a complete design scheme is obtained.Results Based on TRIZ theory,a preset dosecontrollable war injury analgesic injection device was designed.The dose adjustment device realized dose control,and the preset capsule could be quickly replaced,which achieved the initial design goal.Conclusion The preset dose controllable war injury analgesia syringe based on TRIZ theory has simple structure and strong practicability,and proposes a structured innovative design,which is an effective and innovative design method.
