摘要
按最新标准《白酒分析方法》(GB/T 10345—2022)采用指示剂法测定白酒中酸酯总量,依据《化学分析中不确定度的评估指南》(CNAS-GL006:2019)和《测量不确定度评定与表示》(JJF 1059.1—2012)对整个实验过程中的不确定度因素进行系统性分析,对不确定度分量进行计算,最终确定合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度。结果显示,白酒中酸酯总量为41.57 mmol·L^(-1),合成标准不确定度为0.30 mmol·L^(-1),扩展不确定度为0.60 mmol·L^(-1)(k=2)。标准溶液滴定体积为主要的不确定度来源。
According to the latest standard GB/T 10345—2022,the total amount of acid esters in liquor was determined by the indicator method.According to CNAS-GL006:2019 and JJF 1059.1—2012,the uncertainty factors in the whole experimental process were systematically analyzed,the uncertainty components were calculated,and the synthetic standard uncertainty and expanded uncertainty were finally determined.The results showed that the total amount of acid esters in liquor was 41.57 mmol·L^(-1),the synthetic standard uncertainty was 0.30 mmol·L^(-1),and the expanded uncertainty was 0.60 mmol·L^(-1)(k=2).The titration volume of the standard solution was the main source of uncertainty.
