摘要
对国家和内蒙古自治区关于燃煤火电机组节能降耗改造、供热改造和灵活性改造“三改联动”的改造要求与改造目标进行对比梳理,基于内蒙古中西部地区典型火电机组状况与运行特性,针对锅炉受热面升级改造、汽轮机通流改造升级、辅机设备系统适应性改造、能量梯级综合利用改造、供热能力提升改造、热电解耦技术改造、能环解耦技术改造、低负荷稳定燃烧技术改造等“三改联动”典型改造技术,分析其技术路线的特点、适用条件、选择影响因素等,并结合机组日常维护管理与政策支持资金投入等影响,提供了煤电机组“三改联动”改造升级方案技术路线的选择方法和“三改联动”改造升级验收及效果评价方法,以期对技术人员有指导和借鉴作用。
Comparison and sorting of the transformation requirements and goals of the national and Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region′s"three-technological joint action"for energy-saving and consumption reduction transformation,heating transformation,and flexibility transformation of coal-fired thermal power units.Based on the typical conditions and operating characteristics of thermal power units in the central and western regions of Inner Mongolia,typical"three-technological joint action"transformation technologies for upgrading and renovating boiler heating surfaces,steam turbine flow paths,auxiliary equipment system adaptability,energy cascade comprehensive utilization,heating capacity improvement,thermoelectric decoupling technology,energy and environment decoupling technology,and low load stable combustion technology,etc.,the characteristics,applicable conditions,and selection influencing factors of its technical route were analyzed.Based on the daily maintenance management of the unit and the investment of policy support funds,a selection method for the technical route of the"three-technological joint action"renovation and upgrading plan for coal-fired power units was provided,as well as a method for the acceptance and effectiveness evaluation of the"three-technological joint action"transformation and upgrading plan,in order to provide guidance and reference for technical personnel.
