摘要
PCR技术可以在短时间内将样品中的大量菌种检测出来,在我国检疫以及食品安全检测方面应用较为广泛。本文分析了PCR技术在食品微生物检测中的应用,包括对沙门氏菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、肠出血性大肠杆菌和副溶血弧菌等菌种的检测,以期为未来PCR技术的研究提供参考。
PCR technology can detect a large number of strains in samples in a short time,which is widely used in quarantine and food safety detection in China.In this paper,the application of PCR technology in food microbial detection was analyzed,including the detection of salmonella,Staphylococcus aureus,enterohemorrhagic Escherichia coli and Vibrio parahaemolyticus,etc.,in order to provide reference for future PCR research.
