摘要
射频消融作为甲状腺良性结节的首选治疗新技术,因具有微创、安全、有效、无瘢痕等优点,其在甲状腺乳头状癌中的应用逐渐增加。目前阶段射频消融在甲状腺乳头状微小癌中的应用效果可靠,并发症发生率低,但在其他分型和肿瘤中的应用仍存在很大争议。本文综述了超声引导下射频消融在原发甲状腺乳头状癌中的临床应用,并分析其安全性、可靠性和争议点,为规范的、合理的治疗提供参考。
Radiofrequency ablation(RFA)has been the best treatment of benign thyroid nodules because of its advantages such as minimal invasive,safe,effective and no scar.The application of RFA in papillary thyroid carcinoma(PTC)is gradually increasing.RFA is reliable in treatment for papillary thyroid microcarcinoma(PTMC),with low complication rate.However,the application of RFA in other classifications and tumors is still controversial.The article reviews the application of ultrasoundguided RFA in PTC that analyzes the safety,reliability and point in dispute to provide reference for standardized and reasonable application.
