摘要
采用硅烷偶联剂,二氧化硅,有机硅憎水剂对不饱和聚酯树脂进行改性。采用红外光谱(FT-IR)对材料进行了表征,考察了改性剂对不饱和聚酯树脂力学性能和耐水性的影响。结果表明:添加二氧化硅综合性能最优,吸水率降低,耐磨性提升最为明显,磨损率降低了30%,拉伸弹性模量144MPa,断裂伸长率7.3%,拉伸应力55.45N,拉伸强度15.5kN。
The unsaturated polyester resin was modified with silane coupling agent,silica and organosilicon hydrophobic agent.FT-IR was used to characterize the materials,and the influence of modifiers on the mechanical properties and water resistance of the unsaturated polyester resin was investigated.The results showed that the addition of silicon yielded the optimal comprehensive performance,with a reduction in water absorption rate,the most obvious increase in wear resistance,a 30%reduction in wear resistance,a tensile elastic modulus of 144MPa,an elongation at break of 7.3%,a tensile stress of 55.45N,and a tensile strength of 15.5kN.
