基于SS耦合的无线充电系统复合控制

摘要 无线充电技术凭借便捷、可靠、智能化等特点,在充电领域具有广阔的应用前景。针对无线充电系统的传输效率易受负载影响的问题,对SS耦合提出了一种基于阻抗匹配的最大效率跟踪以及PI控制的恒压输出复合控制。首先,分析了SS型无线充电系统的参数和传输效率;其次,在副边采用DC/DC控制器实现了最大效率跟踪,在原边采用PI控制器改变负载端电压实现了恒压输出;最后,通过实验仿真证明了该方法的有效性及可行性。 Wireless charging technology,with its characteristics of convenience,reliability,and intelligence,holds vast application prospects in the field of charging.Given that the transmission efficiency of wireless charging systems is susceptible to load variations,this paper proposes a compound control method for SS coupling that combines impedance-matching-based maximum efficiency tracking with PI-controlled constant voltage output.Firstly,the parameters and transmission efficiency of the SS-type wireless charging system are analyzed.Secondly,a DC/DC controller is employed on the secondary side to achieve maximum efficiency tracking,while a PI controller is used on the primary side to adjust the load-side voltage for constant voltage output.Finally,experimental simulations demonstrate the effectiveness and feasibility of this method.
