摘要
在船舶温室气体减排的背景下,由于船载碳捕集系统可以将航运过程中的碳排放进行捕集、分离和再利用,对于船舶能效指数(EEDI、EEXI)、营运碳强度(CII)和燃料全生命周期碳强度评价(LCA)将带来重要影响,已成为了国际海事立法机构、航运界和工业界关注的焦点。本文梳理了碳捕集系统的主要技术路线、船上系统的特殊要求以及国际范围内的工程试点项目,明确了船载碳捕集技术的应用前景和重点研究方向,结合标准化的作用机制,分析得出短中期内标准化主要作用场景和潜在项目清单,尝试给出标准建设的重点方向。
In the context of greenhouse gas emission reduction from ships,onboard carbon capture system has become the focus of attention of international maritime legislative body,and shipping industry and industry as it can capture,separate and reuse carbon emissions in the shipping process,which will have an important impact on the Energy Efficiency Ship Index(EEDI,EEXI),the Carbon Intensity Indicator(CII),and Life Cycle GHG intensity of marine fuels.This paper summarizes the main technical routes of carbon capture systems,the special requirements of onboard systems,and the engineering pilot projects on an international scale.It clarifies the application prospect and key research direction of onboard carbon capture technology,and analyzes the main scenarios of standardization and the list of potential projects in the short and medium term based on the mechanism of standardization,and tries to give the key direction of standards construction.
