摘要
目的:探究舒适护理对人工膝关节置换术患者的应用效果。方法:选择2022年1月—2023年6月于泰安市中医医院行人工膝关节置换术的患者82例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和试验组,各41例。对照组给予常规护理,试验组给予舒适护理。比较两组患者疼痛情况、膝关节功能改善情况、负面情绪。结果:术后4 h,两组患者疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);随着人工膝关节置换术术后护理时间的增加,两组患者的VAS评分呈不同程度降低,术后1 d、3 d、5 d,两组VAS评分低于术后4 h,且试验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者膝关节功能优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组患者负面情绪评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组焦虑、抑郁评分低于护理前,试验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:舒适护理能够缓解人工膝关节置换术患者术后疼痛感,改善膝关节功能及患者的生活习惯,对提升患者的身心健康具有重要作用。
Objective:To explore the effect of comfort nursing on patients undergoing artificial knee replacement.Methods:A total of eighty-two patients who underwent artificial knee replacement in Tai'an Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with forty-one patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the experimental group was given comfort nursing.Pain,knee function improvement and negative emotion were compared between the two groups.Results:At 4 h after surgery,there was no significant difference in visual analogue scale(VAS)between 2 groups(P>0.05);with the increase of nursing time after knee replacement,VAS scores of the two groups decreased to different degrees,the VAS score of the two groups were lower than 4 h after surgery on day 1,day 3 and day 5 after surgery,and the experimental group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the knee joint function of experimental group was better than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);before nursing,there was no significant difference in negative emotion scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the anxiety and depression scores of the two groups were lower than before nursing,and the experimental group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comfort nursing can relieve the postoperative pain of patients with artificial knee replacement,improve the function of the knee joint and the living habits of patients,and play an important role in improving the physical and mental health of patients.
