核电工程用铁铝酸盐水泥高性能混凝土生产工艺研究

摘要 基于铁铝酸盐水泥的性能特点,设计了强度等级为C35的铁铝酸盐水泥混凝土,并研究了混凝土搅拌时间、投料顺序对其工作性、抗压强度的影响。结果表明:随着搅拌时间的增加,混凝土的出机坍落度和出机扩展度均呈先增后降的趋势,各龄期抗压强度基本呈先增后降的趋势,且变化幅度较小;采用T1投料顺序生产的混凝土工作性、抗压强度较优;综合考虑工作性和抗压强度,建议C35铁铝酸盐水泥混凝土的搅拌时间为60 s,投料顺序为:碎石→砂→水泥(含粉煤灰)→水(含外加剂)。 Based on the performance characteristics of ferro aluminate cement,ferro aluminate cement concrete with strength grade of C35 was designed,and the effects of mixing time and feeding sequence of concrete on its workability and compressive strength were studied.The results show that with the increase of mixing time,the slump and expansion of concrete show a trend of first increasing and then decreasing,and the compressive strength of each age shows a trend of first increasing and then decreasing basically,with a relatively small change amplitude.The concrete produced using T1 feeding sequence has better workability and compressive strength.Considering both workability and compressive strength,it is recommended that the mixing time for C35 ferro aluminate cement concrete is 60 s,and the feeding sequence is:gravel→sand→cement(including fly ash)→water(including admixtures).
