绿色金融与数字经济协同赋能地区绿色发展的机制研究

摘要 “双碳”目标为中国经济社会绿色化转型提供了战略导向,在数字经济高速发展的契机下,后发地区如何抓住机遇,推动绿色金融与数字经济协同发展,对中国实现绿色高质量发展有着重要意义。基于2011-2021年省际面板数据,运用固定效应模型和空间杜宾模型分析协同视角下绿色金融和数字经济对地区绿色发展的影响。研究发现:绿色金融与数字经济均能显著提升绿色发展水平,但二者协同发展时表现出更强的正向效应,呈现“1+1>2”的效果。异质性分析显示,两者对非资源型地区和处于服务化阶段地区的协同效应更为明显。机制分析表明,绿色金融和数字经济通过缓解信贷错配和降低能源强度两种渠道互相抑制负面隐藏因素,激活强大潜力共同赋能绿色发展。进一步研究表明,协同效应不仅有利于当地绿色发展,对邻近地区的绿色发展也呈现出正向空间溢出效应。因此,地区绿色发展过程中,应充分利用绿色金融的信贷配置功能和数字经济的无距离界限特征,加快推进绿色金融与数字经济两大新动能的深度融合;同时制定差异化的区域政策和有针对性的行动方案,加强统筹规划,落实绿色金融与数字经济服务于地区绿色发展。 The“dual carbon”targets provide strategic guidance for China’s economic and social greening transformation.Amidst the rapid development of the digital economy,it is crucial for less developed regions to seize opportunities and promote the coordinated development of green finance and the digital economy,which is significant for China’s achievement of green high-quality development.Based on panel data from Chinese provinces during 2011-2021,the fixed effects models and spatial Durbin models are employed to analyze the impact of green finance and the digital economy on regional green development from a synergistic perspective.The research findings indicate that green finance,the digital economy,and their synergistic effects significantly promote regional green development,with the synergistic effect being stronger than the independent effects,confirming the positive interaction between green finance and the digital economy.Moreover,robustness tests validate the conclusion.The realization path of green development exhibits regional differences due to resource endowment and economic development stages.Resource-based regions benefit more from the empowerment of green finance but face challenges in providing the“hard support”required by the digital economy,thus hindering the role of the digital economy and synergistic effects.Green finance,the digital economy,and synergistic effects only significantly promote the greening process in regions at the service stage.Mechanism examination results demonstrate that green finance and the digital economy mutually restrain negative hidden factors through channels such as alleviating credit mismatches and reducing energy intensity,thereby activating substantial potential to empower green development.The digital economy shows evident spatial spillover effects on green development,while the spatial spillover of green finance is less apparent.When green finance collaborates with the digital economy,green finance can leverage the digital economy to overcome geographical constraints,and the digital economy can rely on green finance’s funding support for sustainable development,achieving mutual empowerment and promoting interregional green coordinated development.Accordingly,the following strategies and recommendations are proposed:firstly,fully leverage the credit allocation function of green finance and the boundaryless characteristics of the digital economy to accelerate the deep integration of these two major new drivers;Secondly,formulate differentiated regional policies and targeted action plans,strengthen overall planning,and implement green finance and digital economy services for regional green development;Finally,governments should support exchange and cooperation based on environmental protection concepts and technological capabilities,fully unleashing the spatial contribution capabilities of green finance and the digital economy.
