摘要
通过优化高频红外碳硫仪的操作条件,提升了铌铁中碳元素检测的速度和简便性。研究确定了最佳的样品质量、助熔剂类型及用量,显著提高了测定的准确性和效率,为铌铁碳含量的快速检测提供了可靠的技术支持。结果表明,称取样品0.4 g、钨助熔剂1.5 g左右时,测定效果最佳。
In order to determine the carbon in ferric niobium more quickly and easily,a method was developed for the rapid determination of carbon in ferric niobium with high frequency infrared carbon sulfur analyzer.The optimum conditions for the determination of carbon in ferric niobium were obtained by weighing the sample,selecting the flux and adding amount.The results show that when the sample is 0.4g and the tungsten flux is 1.5 g,the determination effect is the best.
