摘要
在各行业领域数字化程度日益加深的当下,传统的标准形式已经不能满足数字经济快速发展的需要,标准数字化的产生与发展是大势所趋,为此本文开展了供应链标准数字化创新实践与应用研究,设计了供应链标准数字化总体架构及功能架构,聚焦于电力行业供应链数据字典、供应链标准领域知识图谱、供应链标准数字化平台3个方面,实施供应链标准数字化转型实践,切实提升了标准的基础性、引领性、战略性作用。供应链标准数字化应用场景结果表明,供应链标准数字化在采购标准修编、技术规范书结构化编制、招标采购智能评审等业务场景下功能应用均取得较好效果。
Currently,the degree of digitalization across various industries is intensifying.The traditional standard format can no longer satisfy the requirements of the rapid development of the digital economy.The digitalization of standards is the trend of the times.Hence,this paper conducts research on the innovative practice and application of supply chain standard digitalization,and designs the overall framework and functional framework of supply chain standard digitalization.It focuses on the three aspects of the power industry supply chain data dictionary,supply chain standards domain knowledge map,and supply chain standards digital platform to implement the supply chain standards digital transformation practice,to effectively enhance the fundamental,leading,and strategic role of standards.The results of supply chain standard digital application scenarios demonstrate that supply chain standard digitalization has achieved favorable outcomes in the application of procurement standards development and revision,structured preparation of technical specification books,intelligent review of bidding and procurement,and other business scenarios.
