基于AIGC的计算机数字视频信号处理技术研究

摘要 在数字视频信号处理技术中,信号预处理和视频编码与解码是关键步骤,涉及噪声去除、图像增强以及基于常用压缩标准的编解码优化策略.近年来,生成式人工智能技术迅速崛起,成为计算机视觉和信号处理领域的热点.AIGC主要包括生成对抗网络、自回归模型和变分自编码器等技术,为数字视频信号处理提供了新的思路和方法.文中深入研究了AIGC的技术组成,并探讨了其在数字视频信号处理中的应用和优化策略,包括数据集扩展与合成、模型迁移学习与自适应,以及基于GANs的视频修复与降噪、风格迁移与增强等,最终总结并展望了AIGC技术在计算机数字视频信号处理领域的发展前景. In digital video signal processing technology,signal preprocessing and video encoding and decoding are key steps,involving noise removal,image enhancement,and encoding and decoding optimization strategies based on commonly used compression standards.In recent years,generative artificial intelligence technology has rapidly risen and become a hot topic in the fields of computer vision and signal processing.AIGC mainly includes technologies such as generative adversarial networks,autoregressive models,and variational autoencoders,providing new ideas and methods for digital video signal processing.This paper delves into the technical composition of AIGC and explores its application and optimization strategies in digital video signal processing,including dataset expansion and synthesis,model transfer learning and adaptation,as well as video restoration and denoising based on GANs,style transfer and enhancement.Finally,the development prospects of AIGC technology in the field of computer digital video signal processing are summarized and discussed.
