摘要
人事考试与档案管理是人力资源管理的重要组成部分。人事考试在人才选拔、促进人力资源优化配置等方面发挥着关键作用,而档案管理则为人事考试及整个人力资源管理提供重要的信息支撑。在梳理人事考试与档案管理理论基础的前提下,分析了两者融合的现实需求,并从信息化建设、管理制度创新、人力资源耦合、建立双轨多元管理体系以及应用大数据技术等多个维度,探讨了人事考试与档案管理的融合策略,同时,还对融合后的预期效益进行了全面分析,旨在为新形势下人事考试与档案管理工作优化提供参考思路,为推动我国人力资源管理工作的科学化、规范化、现代化水平提升作出积极贡献。
As crucial components of human resource management,personnel examinations and archives management play pivotal roles in talent selection and promoting optimal allocation of human resources.Based on the theoretical foundations of personnel examinations and archives management,this paper analyzes the practical need for their integration.It further explores integration strategies from multiple dimensions,including information technology construction,management system innovation,human resource coupling,establishment of a dual-track and multi-faceted management system,and application of big data technology.Additionally,a comprehensive analysis of the expected benefits of this integration is conducted.The aim is to provide insights for optimizing personnel examinations and archives management in the new era,and to actively contribute to advancing the scientific,standardized,and modernization of human resource management in China.
