摘要
随着档案数据化趋势的日益增强,档案馆数据服务创新对于档案事业的持续发展愈发重要。档案数据故事化的发展可为大数据时代档案馆数据服务的改革创新提供新思路。在剖析档案数据故事化应用前景的基础上,结合档案馆用户的现实需求,进行档案数据故事化工作流设计,将档案馆数据故事化服务框架分为数据层、组织层、描述层和应用层并进行详细的业务流程分析,明确责任分工。现阶段档案馆开展数据故事化服务可能存在的问题和挑战有:数据处理失范、过分注重感官体验、缺乏专业技术支撑、媒介商业化扭曲数据本质等。档案数据故事化工作的开展应从以下几方面入手:规范化设计档案数据故事内容,合理选择档案数据故事呈现方式,多途径探索档案数据故事化相关技术,坚持档案数据社会效益的最大化。
With the increasing trend of archival dataization,the innovation of archival data services is becom-ing more and more important for the sustainable development of the archival industry.The development of data storytelling can provide new ideas for the reform and innovation of archive data services in the era of big data.On the basis of analyzing the application prospect of archive data storytelling,combining with the real needs of archive users,the workflow design of archive data storytelling is carried out,and the archive data storytelling service framework is divided into the data layer,organization layer,description layer and appli-cation layer,and detailed business process analysis is carried out,with clear division of responsibilities.At present,there may be problems and challenges in the implementation of data storytelling services by ar-chives,such as improper data processing,excessive emphasis on sensory experience,lack of professional technical support,and distortion of data essence by media commercialization.The development of archival data storytelling should start from the following aspects:standardized design of archival data storytelling con-tent,reasonable selection of archival data storytelling presentation methods,exploration of archival data sto-rytelling related technologies in multiple ways,and adherence to the maximization of the social benefits of ar-chival data.
