摘要
南海某油田群为应对台风模式停输再启动难题,针对现场工况,开展了7种降凝剂的评价筛选,优选出丙烯酸酯三元共聚物降凝剂PPD-03,现场评价结果表明,当加剂浓度为1 500 mg/L时,混合原油凝点为13℃,降凝幅度为10℃;以1 000 mg/L的加剂起始浓度开展的浓度梯度降凝剂现场应用试验表明,加剂混合原油凝点在17℃(海床温度)以下的范围内稳定波动,降凝剂PPD-03对于保障台风模式下原油低温流动性具有明显效果;配伍性现场试验结果表明,混合原油在上游加注降凝剂PPD-03时,下游综合处理系统的一级分离器、二级分离器和外排水的水中含油(OIW值)均在范围内波动趋于稳定,降凝剂的加注基本未对平台处理后的水质造成影响。
In order to cope with the problem of stopping and restarting the typhoon mode,an oilfield group in the South China Sea carried out the evaluation and screening of 7 kinds of pour point depressants according to the on-site working conditions,and optimized the acrylate terpolymer pour point depressant PPD-03.The field evaluation results showed that when the dosage concentration was 1500 mg/L,the condensation point of the mixed crude oil was 13℃,and the pour point reduction amplitude was 10℃.The field application test of the concentration gradient pour point depressant carried out at the starting concentration of 1000 mg/L shows that the freezing point of the crude oil mixed with the additive fluctuates sta bly in the range below 17 ℃(seabed temperature), and the pour point depressant PPD-03 has a significant effect on ensuring the low-temperature fluidity of crude oil under the typhoon mode. The results of the compatibility field test show that when the pour point depressant PPD-03 is injected in the upstream of the mixed crude oil, the oil content(OIW value) in the water of the primary separator, the secondary separator and the external drainage of the downstream integrated treatment system fluctuates and tends to be stable in the range, and the filling of the pour point depressant basically does not affect the water quality of the platform after treatment.
