摘要
建设书院制思想政治教育育人体系是高校在探索高层次、复合型、创新型人才培养模式下全面贯彻党的教育方针和落实立德树人根本任务的重要举措。当前,高校书院制思想政治教育育人体系建设面临着诸多现实的挑战,最为突出的表现是高校书院制思想政治教育育人体系存在育人主体优势未能有效发挥、育人体系建设不平衡不充分和育人效能未能有效显现等问题。为了更好建设高校书院制思想政治教育育人体系,需要从加强顶层设计与塑造精神内核、强化协同共治聚力三全育人和创新治理理念与打造优势体系等路径进行探索和反思。
Building the ideological and political education system of college system is an important measure for colleges and universities to fully implement the Party's educational policy and carry out the fundamental task of cultivating people by virtue under the mode of exploring high-level,compound and innovative talents training.At present,the ideological and political education system of college system is faced with many practical challenges,the most prominent manifestation of which is that the main advantages of education are not effectively played,the construction of education system is unbalanced and insufficient,and the effectiveness of education is not effectively manifested.In order to build a better ideological and political education system of colleges and universities,it is necessary to explore and reflect on ways such as strengthening top-level design and shaping spiritual core,strengthening cooperative governance,and building an advantageous system.
