摘要
针对UHT奶营养物质缺失较多,且常规UHT奶工艺无法补充外源性营养物质的问题,开发一种无菌加料溶解系统及其工艺,可在无菌环境下、UHT充填包装前,为UHT奶补充外源性营养物质,提升UHT奶的营养价值,同时不影响其保质期,满足新品研发和提升UHT奶营养价值的需求。该系统可方便、安全地连接UHT设备,稳定地提供无菌溶解液,微生物截留效率≥107 CFU/cm^(2)。
The problem of nutrient deficiency in UHT milk has been solved,and a sterile feeding and dissolution system has been developed.Exogenous nutrients are added to UHT milk products through new processes.It can supplement exogenous nutrients for UHT milk in a sterile environment before UHT filling packaging.The goal of improving the nutritional value of UHT milk without affecting its shelf life has been achieved simultaneously.The demand for new product development and improving the nutritional value of UHT milk has been met.The system can be conveniently and safely linked to UHT devices,providing stable sterile dissolution solutions.Microbial retention efficiency is≥107 CFU/cm^(2).
