摘要
采用真空气雾化试验设备制备纯铜粉末,利用激光粒度分布仪、多功能粉体检验筛、霍尔流速计、扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪、氧氮分析仪等仪器对粉末进行表征和测试,研究雾化压力、雾化温度对粉末粒度、工艺性能、微观形貌的影响。结果表明,雾化压力和雾化温度分别对粉末粒径和粉末形貌的调控起到重要作用;在雾化压力为3.0 MPa、雾化温度为1250℃时,制备的粉末粒度呈正态分布,中位径粒径为38.85 mm,粒径<150 mm的粉末占比高达93.27%,流动性为17.5 s/50 g、松装密度为4.86 g/cm^(3)、振实密度为5.71 g/cm^(3),氧含量为400 PPM,杂质元素少纯度高,粉末整体以球形为主,只有少数不规则粉末;所制备的纯铜粉末具有优良的综合性能。
Pure copper powder was prepared by vacuum gas atomization test equipment.The powder was characterized by laser particle size distribution instrument,multifunctional powder inspection screen,hall flow meter,scanning electron microscope,X-ray diffractometer,oxygen and nitrogen analyzer,etc.The effects of atomization pressure and temperature on powder particle size,process performance and microscopic morphology were studied.The results show that the atomization pressure plays an important role in the control of particle size and the atomization temperature plays an important role in the control of powder morphology.When the atomization pressure was 3.0MPa and the atomization temperature was 1250℃,the prepared powder particle size normally distributed,the median diameter particle size was 38.85 mm,the powder particle size less than 150mm accounted for 93.27%,the fluidity was 17.5s/50g,the bulk density was 4.86g/cm^(3),and the vibration density was 5.71g/cm^(3).The oxygen content is 400PPM,the impurity element is less and the purity is high,the powder is mainly spherical,only with a few irregular powder.It has excellent comprehensive performance.
