摘要
基于当前验证过程及手段,在工厂测试阶段工程组态仍然存在大量异常,出现异常时变更实施成本较高,不利于项目高质量、高效率地开展。为此,利用虚拟验证系统,对测试验证过程进行优化,实现在安全级DCS系统工程组态实现阶段提前开展验证,提高交付给FT阶段的工程组态的质量。实施结果证明了该技术具备可行性,通过验证过程的优化提前发现了工程组态的诸多异常,提高了工程组态的质量,进而缩短了后续工厂测试周期,提升了测试验证效率,同时也保证了产品质量。
Based on the current verification process and means,there are still a lot of anomalies in the engineering configuration of the factory test stage,and the change implementation cost is high when there is an anomaly,which is not conducive to the high-quality and efficient development of the project.Therefore,the virtual verification system is used to optimize the testing and verification process,so as to realize the verification in advance at the engineering configuration realization stage of the safety-class DCS system,and improve the quality of the engineering configuration delivered to the FT stage.The implementation results prove that the technology is feasible,and many anomalies of the engineering configuration are found in subsequent factory test cycle,improving the efficiency of teh testing and verification,and ensuring the product quality.
