摘要
叉臂是剪叉式升降工作平台的关键部件,将其作为研究对象,利用虚位移方法建立剪叉式升降工作平台的力学模型,推导液压缸推力和铰点力的通用表达式,分析液压缸推力和铰点力的变化趋势,为剪叉式升降工作平台的设计计算和零部件选型提供依据。
Taking the scissors rod of the scissors elevating work platform as the research object,a mechanical model of the Scissors elevating work platform is established using theoretical calculation methods.The general expressions of hydraulic cylinder thrust and hinge point force are derived,and the trend of hydraulic cylinder thrust and hinge point force changes is analyzed.This provides a basis for the design calculation and component selection of the scissors elevating work platform.
