摘要
主轴油膜刚度会对系统平衡造成影响,进一步导致数控模锻的精度。为了提高数控模锻床的加工精度,基于主轴振动信息分析加模锻件表面波纹度,开展主轴系统平衡分析。在大型立式模锻床上,以铝作为加工材料,开展粗糙度实验检测。研究结果表明:仿真和测量下形成了相近的粗糙轮廓,小于0.006μm的拟合误差,表明本文方法的准确性。功率频谱密度分布中包含高幅频率,对应的频率与旋转频率相近,可见主轴旋转误差能够引起模锻件粗糙的变化。粗糙度影响因素评价得到,阻尼和不平衡度造成的影响很大;刚度、位置和旋转速度的影响差别不大。
The spindle oil film stiffness will have an impact on the system balance,which further leads to the accuracy of CNC die forging.In order to improve the machining accuracy of CNC die forging machine,spindle system balance analysis is carried out based on spindle vibration information analysis plus surface corrugation degree of die forgings.In the large vertical die forging machine,aluminum is used as the processing material to carry out roughness experimental testing.The results show that similar roughness profiles are formed under simulation and measurement,and the fitting error of less than 0.006μm indicates the accuracy of the method in this paper.The power spectral density distribution contains high amplitude frequencies,corresponding to frequencies similar to the rotation frequency,which shows that the spindle rotation error can cause changes in the roughness of the die forging.The evaluation of the roughness influencing factors shows that the influence caused by damping and unbalance is very high;the influence of stiffness,position and rotational speed does not differ much.
