摘要
以EBZ200掘进机喷雾系统为研究对象,分析了喷雾系统原理及存在的问题,并对喷雾系统问题出现的原因进行简要分析。从喷雾系统原理、过滤器和喷嘴布置三个方面进行了系统改进,并完成了喷雾系统的试制与应用效果验证,结果表明,改进喷雾系统应用稳定可靠,提高了掘进机的冷却和降尘效果,确定了增压泵出口最佳的水流压力为8 MPa。统计结果显示,改进喷雾系统的应用,减少了运行维护人员的工作量,节省了运行维护人员,降低了煤炭企业的生产成本,为煤炭企业创造了更多的经济效益,应用前景光明。
Taking the spraying system of EBZ200 roadheader as the research object,the principle of the spraying system and the existing problems are analysed,and the reasons for the problems of the spraying system are briefly analysed.From the spray system principle,filter and nozzle arrangement of three aspects of the system improvement,and completed the trial production of the spray system and the application of the effect of verification,the results show that the improvement of the spray system application is stable and reliable,improve the cooling of the roadheader and the effect of dust reduction,to determine the best pressure of the water flow of the outlet of the booster pump is 8 MPa.statistical results show that the application of the improved spray system reduces the operation and maintenance personnel's workload,saves operation and maintenance personnel,reduces the production cost of coal enterprises,creates more economic benefits for coal enterprises,and has a bright application prospect.
