摘要
为了将数控过程直观、高效、安全地向学生展示,基于数控加工仿真平台,以三轴数控铣床为研究对象,根据机床各组件的运动关系,建立数控机床虚拟仿真模型及讲解零件的建模的基本概念和方法,介绍了在数控程序仿真平台上创建虚拟机床以及加工的全过程。针对简单零件的数控加工,验证了虚拟仿真加工的可行性,并应用于教学指导大学生数控加工实验,摆脱了因设备、场地及时间的约束,降低了操作失误的成本,提高了实验的安全性,效果比较显著。
In order to show the students the CNC process intuitively,efficiently and safely,based on the CNC machining simulation platform,taking the three-axis CNC milling machine as an example,according to the kinematic relationship of each component of the machine tool,the basic concept and method of establishing the virtual simulation model of the CNC machine tool and the modeling of the parts are introduced.The whole process of creating the virtual machine tool and processing is introduced on the CNC program simulation platform.For the numerical control machining of simple parts,the feasibility of virtual simulation machining is verified,and applied to teaching and guiding college students numerical control machining experiment,get rid of the constraints of equipment,site and time,reduce the cost of operating errors,improve the safety of the experiment,the effect is more significant.
