摘要
地铁通风空调系统运行能耗通常超地铁总能耗的50%以上,因此地铁通风空调系统具有较大的节能空间。从国内地铁通风空调系统的现状及问题切入,阐述了进一步优化地铁通风空调系统的必要性。针对国内在优化地铁通风空调领域的一些新技术与新产品,对以下几方面进行了深入研究:磁悬浮离心机的优势和获得广泛推广的现状;蒸发冷空调出现的契机、发展历史和碰到的困难;高效制冷机房的构成及如何实现整体提高机房能效ERRa值;精细化设计与施工需重点关注的问题、解决措施和实际效果。并对东莞地区进行了适应性分析,提出选用磁悬浮制冷主机,建设高能效机房,谨慎选择蒸发冷空调,以及更精细化设计与施工等措施来优化东莞地铁通风空调系统,对未来推动建设技术先进创新竞争力强的中国地铁具有积极的意义。
The operating energy consumption of subway ventilation and air conditioning systems usually exceeds 50%of the total energy consumption of the subway,so subway ventilation and air conditioning systems have a large energy-saving space.Starting from the current situation and problems of domestic subway ventilation and air conditioning systems,the necessity of further optimizing subway ventilation and air conditioning systems is elaborated.In response to some new technologies and products in optimizing subway ventilation and air conditioning in China,in-depth research are conducted on the following aspects:the advantages of magnetic levitation centrifuges and the current situation of their widespread promotion;the opportunity,development history,and difficulties encountered in the emergence of evaporative cooling air conditioning;the composition of an efficient refrigeration room and how to achieve an overall improvement in the energy efficiency ERRa value of the room;key issues,solutions,and practical effects that need to be focused on in refined design and construction.And an adaptability analysis is conducted on the Dongguan area,proposing the selection of magnetic levitation refrigeration hosts,the construction of high-efficiency computer rooms,cautious selection of evaporative cooling air conditioning,and more refined design and construction measures to optimize the ventilation and air conditioning system of Dongguan Metro.The given analysis has positive significance for promoting the construction of technologically advanced,innovative and competitive Chinese subways in the future.
