YPR2500型耐火砖自动液压砖机液压系统技术特点分析

摘要 液压系统是自动液压砖机的动力系统,应具备高效、快速、节能、稳定可靠、操作维护方便等特点。设计了YPR2500型耐火砖自动液压砖机液压系统,采用液压仿真对液压管路的布置、阀块内油道流场等进行仿真,优化阀块通道,以降低液压油流动的沿程阻力,减少节流损失等;采用流场仿真对充液系统的结构及主缸充液、排液过程进行仿真,优化充液结构,以提高液压油的弹性模量和使用寿命,提升压砖机的工作效率,降低能耗等。分析了YPR2500型耐火砖自动液压砖机液压系统的技术特点,便于用户对该压砖机液压系统功能有更深的认识,为压砖机的日常使用、维护保养等提供帮助,也为其他耐火砖自动液压砖机制造厂商的液压系统设计和优化提供参考。 Hydraulic system is the power system of automatic hydraulic press,which should have the characteristics of high efficiency,fast,energy saving,stable and reliable,easy operation and maintenance.A YPR_(2)500 hydraulic system of automatic hydraulic press is designed,the hydraulic simulation is used to simulate the hydraulic pipeline layout and the oil passage flow field in the valve block,optimize the valve block channel,so as to reduce the resistance of hydraulic oil flow along the road and reduce the throttling loss.The flow field simulation is used to simulate the structure of the filling system and the filling and draining process of the master cylinder,and optimize the filling structure to improve the elastic modulus and service life of hydraulic oil,improve the working efficiency of the hydraulic press and reduce energy consumption.The technical characteristics of the hydraulic system of YPR_(2)500 refractory brick automatic hydraulic press is analyzed,providing f deeper understanding of the hydraulic system function of the hydraulic press,offering help for the daily use and maintenance of the hydraulic press,and showing a reference for the design and optimization of the hydraulic system of other refractory brick automatic hydraulic press manufacturers.
