动叶调节轴流式引风机失速预防及逻辑优化

Precaution of Stall of Axial Flow IDF with Moving Blade and Logic Optimization

摘要 现阶段火力发电机组设备的可靠性及自动化水平已经大幅提高,但是由于系统设备的变化、运行方式的调整等诸多原因,火电机组引风机失速喘振的现象时有发生,严重威胁机组安全稳定运行。从引风机失速喘振的原因出发,提出了相关的预防措施及逻辑优化。 At present,the reliability and automation level of thermal power plant equipment have been greatly improved.However,due to changes in system equipment,adjustment of operating modes,and many other reasons,the phenomena of stall surge of the induced draft fan(IDF)of the thermal power unit occur from time to time,which seriously threatens the safe and stable operation of the unit.In view of the causes of stall fan surge,the relevant preventive measures and logic optimization is proposed.
