高校实验室安全建设背景下食品化学实验课程的开设与思考

The Establishment and Reflection of Food Chemistry Experimental Course under the Background of Laboratory Safety Construction in Universities

摘要 实验课是食品化学课程必备的实践环节,是加强学生专业能力培养的重要手段,而实验室安全是其建设的基础。文章以食品化学实验课程中的常见实验为例,对食品化学实验室存在的安全问题进行了总结和思考,希望为食品类实验室的安全建设提供参考,并为食品类实验课程的高质量建设提供思路。 The experimental course is an indispensable practical part of the food chemistry curriculum.It is an essential means to improve students’professional abilities,whereas laboratory safety is the foundation of the construction of this experimental course.By taking the typical experiments of the food chemistry experimental course as examples,this article summarized and reflected on the safety issues existing in food chemistry laboratories,the findings may provide a reference for the construction of food laboratory safety and ideas for the high-quality construction of food chemistry experimental courses.
