摘要
目的:探究在医院感染护理管理中采用PDCA循环法的价值。方法:选取2021年8月—2023年8月长春市中医院收治的住院患者86例为研究对象,依照随机数字表法分为对照组(43例,实施常规医院护理管理)与试验组(43例,实施PDCA循环法医院护理管理),对比两组医院感染发生率、感染护理管理质量评分、护理满意度。结果:试验组医院感染发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组口罩佩戴质量、护理管理服务质量、洗手质量、一次性医疗用品使用质量评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:PDCA循环法运用在医院感染护理管理中效果卓越,能增强护理人员感染防护意识和操作能力,减少医院感染情况,为患者提供安全可靠的住院环境,提升护理满意度。
Objective:To investigate the value of using PDCA cycle method in hospital infection nursing management.Methods:Eighty-six hospitalized patients admitted to Changchun Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2021 to August 2023 were selected as research subjects,and were divided into a control group(forty-three cases,implementation of conventional hospital nursing management)and an experimental group(forty-three cases,implementation of the PDCA cycle method of hospital nursing management)according to the method of randomized numerical table.The incidence of hospital infection,quality score of infection care management and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of hospital infection in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);the quality of mask wearing,quality of nursing management services,quality of handwashing,and quality of use of disposable medical supplies in the experimental group were significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);and the nursing satisfaction in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The PDCA cycle method is used in hospital infection nursing management with excellent effect,which can enhance the nursing staff's awareness of infection protection and operation ability,reduce hospital infection,provide a safe and reliable hospitalization environment for patients,and improve nursing satisfaction.
