摘要
目的:分析芪桂汤联合常规西药治疗甲状腺功能减退症的效果。方法:选取2023年10月—2024年2月遵义市湄潭湄江佘继先中西医结合诊所收治的60例甲状腺功能减退症患者作为研究对象,采用单双数法随机分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予芪桂汤治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P=0.030)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗前,两组促甲状腺激素(TSH)、三碘甲腺原氨酸(T_(3))、甲状腺素(T_(4))水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组TSH水平低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组T_(3)、T_(4)水平高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、降钙素原(PCT)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组hs-CRP、PCT、IL-6水平低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:芪桂汤联合常规西药治疗甲状腺功能减退症的效果显著,可改善患者甲状腺功能,减轻炎性反应,且不增加不良反应,安全可靠。
Objective:To analyze the effect of Qigui Decoction combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of hypothyroidism.Methods:A total of 60 patients with hypothyroidism admitted to Zunyi Meitan Meijiang She Jixian Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Clinic from October 2023 to February 2024 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group using single and even number method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine and the observation group was treated with Qigui Decoction on the basis of control group.The treatment effects were compared between two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.030).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the levels of thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH),triiodothyronine(T_(3)),and tetraiodothyronine(T_(4))between the two groups(P>0.05);After treatment,TSH levels in two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);T_(3) and T_(4) levels in two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the levels of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),procalcitonin(PCT),and interleukin-6(IL-6)between the two groups(P>0.05);After treatment,the levels of hs-CRP,PCT,and IL-6 in two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Qigui Decoction and conventional western medicine has a significant effect on the treatment of hypothyroidism,and can improve the patient's thyroid function,relieve inflammatory reactions,and does not increase adverse reactions,it is safe and reliable.
