微课、基于案例的教学法联合对分课堂的综合教学在泌尿外科实习带教中的应用效果分析

摘要 目的:分析微课、基于案例的教学法(CBL)联合对分课堂的综合教学在泌尿外科实习带教中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年12月—2023年12月于蚌埠医学院第二附属医院泌尿外科实习的学生60名作为研究对象,随机分为传统组和联合组,各30例。传统组实施传统教学,联合组实施微课、CBL联合对分课堂的综合教学。比较两组教学效果。结果:联合组病史采集、查体、临床沟通能力、组织能力、人文精神、综合表现评分高于传统组(P<0.001)。联合组基础知识、基本操作技能、病例分析成绩高于传统组(P<0.001)。联合组教学总满意度高于传统组(P=0.010)。结论:微课、CBL联合对分课堂的综合教学在泌尿外科实习带教中的应用效果显著,可提高教学成绩与教学满意度。 Objective:To analyze the application effect of comprehensive teaching of microlecture and case-based learning(CBL)method combined with PAD class in urology surgery internship teaching.Methods:Sixty students who were interns in the Department of Urology Surgery at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical University from December 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a traditional group and a combined group,with 30 cases in each group.The traditional group implemented traditional teaching,while the combined group implemented comprehensive teaching of microlecture and CBL combined with PAD class.The teaching effects of two groups were compared.Results:The combined group had higher scores in medical history collection,physical examination,clinical communication skills,organizational skills,humanistic spirit,and comprehensive performance than the traditional group(P<0.001).The basic knowledge,basic operational skills,and case analysis scores in the combined group were higher than those in the traditional group(P<0.001).The overall satisfaction with teaching in the combined group was higher than that in the traditional group(P=0.010).Conclusion:The comprehensive teaching of microlecture and CBL combined with PAD class has a significant application effect in the urology surgery internship teaching,and can improve teaching performance and teaching satisfaction.
