摘要
以十六烷基三甲氧基硅烷(HDTMS)和3-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷(APTMS)为改性剂,热可膨胀微球(TEMS)作为模板,提出一种制备两亲性Janus纳米片的新策略。APTMS吸附在TEMS表面,通过溶胶-凝胶处理得到Janus球(TEMS@SiO_(2))。采用HDTMS对TEMS@SiO_(2)进行改性,TEMS受热膨胀使TEMS@SiO_(2)外壳破裂,制备两亲性Janus纳米片。采用FT-IR、TG和TEM对两亲性Janus纳米片的结构进行了表征。将两亲性Janus纳米片分散到模拟地层水中制备纳米流体,并对其稳定性,油水界面张力,乳化能力和提高采收率的能力进行了评价。结果表明:纳米流体(0.1%,质量分数,下同)储存10 d未出现分层,在pH=7时,Zeta电位为31.2 mV,纳米流体稳定性良好。纳米流体(0.1%)10 d的乳化指数为100%,乳化能力优异。纳米流体(0.1%)能够将油水界面张力降至3.2 mN/m。纳米流体驱(0.1%)可显著提高低渗透油藏采收率,在渗透率为8.9×10^(-3)μm^(2)时,可提高采收率21.5%。
We used hexadecyltrimethoxysilane and 3-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane(APTMS)as modifiers.Thermal expansion microspheres(TEMS)were used as templates.APTMS was adsorbed on the surface of thermal expansion microspheres(TEMS)and Janus spheres(TEMS@SiO_(2))were obtained through sol-gel processing.Hexadecyltrimethoxysilane(HDTMS)was used to modify TEMS@SiO_(2),and the thermal expansion of TEMS caused the Janus sphere's shell to rupture,resulting in amphiphilic Janus nanosheets.The amphiphilic Janus nanosheets were analyzed using FT-IR,TG,and TEM.Subsequently,the prepared amphiphilic Janus nanosheets were dispersed in simulated formation water to prepare a nanofluid.The stability,oil-water interfacial tension,emulsification capability,and enhanced oil recovery performance were evaluated.The results showed that the nanofluid(0.1%,mass score,same below)did not exhibit phase separation after 10 d of storage,and it had good stability with a Zeta potential of 31.2 mV at pH=7.The nanofluid(0.1%)demonstrated excellent emulsification capability with a 100% emulsification index after 10 days.Additionally,the nanofluid(0.1%)could reduce the oil-water interfacial tension to 3.2 mN/m.The nanofluid(0.1%)drive significantly improved the enhanced oil recovery,particularly achieving a 21.5%increase in recovery at a permeability of 8.9×10^(-3)μm^(2).
