摘要
入海河流携带的污染物已成为近岸海域生态环境恶化的主要原因之一。为改善近岸海域水质,强化海陆统筹,以饮马河作为研究对象,基于流域水环境的调研情况,分析2021年-2022年监测数据,找出现状河道存在的问题,探索入海河流的综合治理模式,针对性提出了控源截污、内源治理、生态修复及河道管理的具体措施,以降低入河污染物、提高水环境容量、恢复流域生境、加快生态系统自我恢复,实现河流水环境的长效保障,同时也为相关流域治理等提供思路。
The pollutants carried by seagoing river have become one of the main reasons for the deterioration of the ecological environment in nearshore waters.To improve the water quality of nearshore waters and strengthen the coordination between land and sea,this study took Yinma River as the research object.Based on the investigation of the water environment in the watershed,it analyzed the monitoring data from 2021 to 2022 to identify the problems that exist in the river channels.In order to reduce pollutants entering the river,improve water environment capacity,restore watershed habitats,accelerate ecosystem self recovery,and achieve long-term protection of the river water environment,specific measures have been proposed for source control and pollution interception,internal governance,ecological restoration,and river management,while also providing ideas for related watershed governance.
