电力大数据支持下VOCs污染综合防治方法研究

摘要 不同种类的挥发性有机化合物(volatile organic compounds, VOCs)污染在性质、挥发度和毒性上存在差异,确定适当的检测量限制数值具有较大难度。为此,引入电力大数据,研究新的VOCs污染综合防治方法。判断污染数据的检测阈值,记录设备中污染物的基础排放量,通过预警段区间信息判断污染数据检测量限制数值,实现VOCs污染数据检测,通过计算光源强度数值和阳光辐射强度参数建立污染传播模型,实现污染数据定量分析,通过电力大数据技术检测不同参数,实现污染综合防治。实验结果表明,研究方法应用后,半年内的VOCs污染月排放量在60万吨以下,防治优化效果明显。 There are differences in the properties,volatility,and toxicity of different types of volatile organic compounds(VOCs)pollution,making it difficult to determine appropriate detection limits.To this end,this paper introduces power big data and researches on new comprehensive prevention and control methods for VOCs pollution.It determines the detection threshold for pollution data,records the basic emissions of pollutants in the equipment,determines the limit value of pollution data detection through warning interval information,and achieve VOCs pollution data detection.By calculating the light source intensity value and sunlight radiation intensity parameters,it establishes a pollution transmission model,achieves quantitative analysis of pollution data,and detects different parameters through power big data technology to achieve comprehensive pollution prevention and control.The experimental results show that after the application of the research method,the monthly emissions of VOCs pollution within six months are below 600000 tons,and the optimization effect of prevention and control is significant.
