The overall shape of the Shanghai Grand Opera House resembles an unfolded chinese fan,creating an elegant and dynamic architectural art effect with significant visual impact.This design is accompanied by an unprecedented level of structural complexity.The structural characteristics and challenges of the Shanghai Grand Opera House are comprehensively analyzed,with an introduction to the overall construction process and key techniques addressing structural difficulties encountered during construction.These techniques successfully resolve numerous challenges in constructing the large-span,irregular curved cantilever structure of the Shanghai Grand Opera House,ensuring the safety and structural quality of the construction process.
