摘要
老年脑卒中患者口腔衰弱与身体衰弱、营养状况等密切相关,口腔衰弱不仅增加疾病负担和医疗保健支出,而且损害老年人生理、心理和社会功能,严重危害老年人的身心健康,为该类患者提供高质量的口腔管理非常具有挑战性。本文对老年脑卒中患者口腔衰弱的概念、发病情况、危险因素、评估工具等方面进行分析,综述了针对该类患者采取的综合干预方式,包括口腔功能训练及干预、患者及照顾者的健康教育、护理人员培训、建立多学科协作团队。旨在增强对老年脑卒中患者口腔衰弱情况的了解,早期识别老年脑卒中患者口腔衰弱状况,能够促进口腔健康,改善口腔衰弱的症状,并为该类患者的口腔健康管理提供指导依据,从而改善生活质量。
Oral weakness in elderly stroke patients is closely related to physical weakness,nutritional status,etc.Oral weakness not only increases the burden of disease and healthcare expenses,but also damages the physiological,psychological,and social functions of the elderly,seriously endangering their physical and mental health.Providing high-quality oral management for such patients is very challenging.This article analyzes the concept,incidence,risk factors,and evaluation tools of oral weakness in elderly stroke patients,and summarizes the comprehensive intervention methods adopted for this type of patient,including oral function training and intervention,health education for patients and caregivers,nursing staff training,and the establishment of multidisciplinary collaborative teams.Aiming to enhance the understanding of oral weakness in elderly stroke patients,early identification of oral weakness in elderly stroke patients can promote oral health,improve symptoms of oral weakness,and provide guidance for oral health management of such patients,thereby improving their quality of life.
