摘要
近年来,河南省胡萝卜产业已成为农业提质增效、农民增收的重要产业之一,为了更好地指导河南省胡萝卜产业的健康发展,在胡萝卜生产、全程机械化发展、从业人员专业化程度、设施规模化种植及标准化种植等方面分析了河南省胡萝卜产业发展的现状和产业发展优势,指出了目前生产中存在的问题,如高品质种源“卡脖子”、产业链条延伸不足、经济效益不稳定等,提出了加强高品质种源创制、发展加工业、发展优势茬口、培育新型农业经营主体等对策和建议。
In recent years,the carrot industry in Henan province has become one of the important industries to increase farmers’income and enhance agricultural quality and efficiency.In order to better guide the healthy development of the carrot industry in Henan province,this paper analyzed the current situation and advantages of the development of the carrot industry in Henan province on the basis of carrot production,the development of full mechanization,the specialization degree of employees,large-scale cultivation of facilities and standardized cultivation,and point out the existing problems,such as high-quality germplasm source‘stuck neck’,insufficient extension of industrial chain and unstable economic benefits.The development countermeasures and suggestions were proposed,such as strengthening the creation of high variety provenance,developing processing industry,developing advantageous stubble,and cultivating new agricultural management entities.
