不同纤维增强的水泥基复合材料极限力学性能比较研究

摘要 为探究纤维增强水泥在不同类型材料配合比下的极限力学性能,分别在原始水泥基复合材料中添加掺量体积比为0.5%~2.0%的钢纤维以及PVA纤维,制备出复合材料试件。分别对试件进行抗压强度测试以及静态拉伸测试。测试结果表明,纤维掺量与抗压性能提升效果呈正相关。相较于单纤维水泥基复合材料,钢纤维掺量为1.0%时,试件拉伸效果最为明显,试件的抗压强度提升百分比为77.1%,极限应变为2.6%。PVA纤维掺量为1.5%时,试件的拉伸效果最为明显,试件的抗压强度提升百分比为52.7%,极限应变为1.4%。纤维的加入可以有效提高水泥基复合材料的极限力学性能,钢纤维以及PVA纤维的最佳掺入量分别为1.0%以及1.5%。 To investigate the ultimate mechanical properties of fiber-reinforced cement under different types of ma⁃terial mixing ratios,steel fibers and PVA fibers with a doping volume ratio of 0.5%~2.0%were added to the origi⁃nal cementitious composites,and the composite specimens were prepared.The compressive strength test and static tensile test were carried out on the specimens respectively.The test results show that the fiber dosage was positively correlated with the improvement of compressive properties.Compared with single-fiber cementitious composites,the tensile effect of the specimens was most obvious at 1.0%steel fiber doping,with 77.1%compressive strength in⁃crease and 2.6%ultimate strain,while the tensile effect of the specimens was most obvious at 1.5%PVA fiber dop⁃ing,with 52.7%compressive strength increase and 1.4%ultimate strain.The addition of fibers can effectively improve the ultimate mechanical properties of cementitious composites,and the optimum dosage of steel fibers and PVA fibers are 1.0%and 1.5%,respectively.
