摘要
文章针对油田工具柜的设计与优化问题,提出了一种结合模块化设计、智能化管理和人机工程学原理的创新解决方案。通过实地调研和需求分析,设计了可灵活配置的模块化工具柜结构,集成了基于RFID技术的智能管理系统,并应用人机工程学原理优化了柜体布局和操作界面。性能测试结果显示,新型工具柜在工具存取效率、空间利用率和用户满意度方面均有显著提升。与传统工具柜相比,工具查找时间减少了45%,空间利用率提高了30%,用户满意度提升了40%。成本效益分析表明,尽管初始投入较高,但长期运营可节省20%的管理成本。文章为油田工具管理提供了一种兼顾功能性和效率的创新方案,对提高油田作业效率具有重要意义。
This study proposes an innovative solution that combines modular design,intelligent management,and human-machine engineering principles for the design and optimization of oilfield tool cabinets.Through field research and demand analysis,a flexible modular chemical tool cabinet structure was designed,integrating an intelligent management system based on RFID technology.The cabinet layout and operation interface were optimized using ergonomic principles.The performance test results show that the new tool cabinet has significantly improved in terms of tool access efficiency,space utilization,and user satisfaction.Compared with traditional tool cabinets,tool search time has been reduced by 45%,space utilization has increased by 30%,and user satisfaction has increased by 40%.Cost benef it analysis shows that although the initial investment is high,long-term operation can save 20%of management costs.This paper provides an innovative solution for oilfield tool management that balances functionality and efficiency,which is of great significance for improving oilfield operation efficiency.
