井下架空乘人装置自保护系统设计与应用

摘要 为解决煤矿井下架空乘人装置在使用过程中易出现断轴、断绳引发的安全事故,对该装置结构组成和常见故障进行分析,提出了断轴、断绳自保护关键技术。设计了楔形钢丝绳断绳抓捕结构方案,以楔形制动保证抓捕强度,并由差动液压控制系统实现断绳快速抓捕制动。为验证方案设计的合理性,在某煤矿现场安装和调试,应用结果表明,利用液压控制系统和高精度位移传感器实现了对架空乘人装置的紧急制动和定位,响应时间仅为0.43 s,有效避免了断轴、断绳事故。研究结果可以为后期架空乘人装置的安全运维及升级改造提供参考。 In order to solve the safety accident caused by shaft breaking and rope breaking of overhead passenger device in underground coal mine,the structure composition and common faults of the device are analyzed,and the key technology of shaft breaking and rope breaking self-protection is put forward.The wedge-shaped wire rope breaking arrest structure is designed.The wedge-shaped brake is used to ensure the arresting strength,and the differential hydraulic control system is used to realize the fast arresting brak-ing.In order to verify the rationality of the design of the scheme,the installation and debugging in a coal mine site,the application results show that the use of hydraulic control system and high-precision displace-ment sensor to realize the emergency braking and positioning of the overhead passenger device,the response time is only 0.43 s,effectively avoiding shaft breaking and rope breaking accidents.The research results can provide reference for the safety operation,maintenance and upgrading of overhead passenger device in the later stage.
