基于2,4-二硝基苯肼反应的共振散射光谱法测定苯甲醛

摘要 在酸性溶液中,苯甲醛和2,4-二硝基苯肼反应生成具有疏水性的苯腙,在521nm处,体系具有强共振散射效应。本文对缓冲溶液的p H值及用量、2,4-二硝基苯肼盐酸溶液的用量、反应时间、反应温度等条件进行了优化,得出结论:苯甲醛浓度为8.33~833μg·L^(-1)时,线性回归方程为ΔI=9.491ρ+204.47,相关系数R~2为0.9947,检出限为3.1μg·L^(-1)。用本方法测定右江水中的苯甲醛,得到了满意的结果。 In the acid solution,benzaldehyde reacted 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine to produce a hydrophobic benzene,so the system had a resonant scattering effect,and the resonant scattering intensity at 521nm was high and stable.After the optimization of pH value and dosage of the buffer solution,the dosage of 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine hydrochloride solution,reaction time and reaction temperature,a conclusion was drawn:the benzaldehyde concentration was 8.33~833μg/L,the linear regression equation was ΔI=9487.25ρ+203.456,the correlation coefficient R^(2) was 0.9967,and the detection limit was 3.1μg/L.This method was used to determine benzaldehyde in Youjiang water and obtained satisfactory results.
