头针疗法配合触觉振动反馈训练对改善卒中后偏瘫平衡能力及步态的影响研究

Study on the Effect of Scalp Acupuncture Combined with Tactile Haptic Technology Training on the Balance Ability and Gait of Hemiplegia After Stroke

摘要 目的:观察头针疗法配合触觉振动反馈训练对改善卒中后偏瘫患者平衡能力及步态的影响。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年6月河南省确山县中医院收治的123例卒中后偏瘫患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法将其分为试验组(62例)和常规组(61例)。常规组患者行常规物理治疗及康复训练,试验组患者行头针疗法配合触觉振动反馈训练,所有患者开展为期半年的随访,比较两组患者的平衡能力、行走能力、步态变化及随访期间的肢体运动功能康复情况。结果:在不同治疗方案下,试验组治疗7 d、14 d后的Berg平衡量表(BBS)评分均高于常规组,计时起立-行走测试(TUGT)值均低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(t=3.230、3.391、3.448、3.121,P<0.05);治疗后,试验组的健侧步长、患侧/健侧单项支撑相时长均长于常规组,差异有统计学意义(t=3.928、4.489,P<0.05);在不同治疗方案下,试验组随访第3个月、第6个月时的Fugl-Meyer运动功能量表(FMA)上肢及下肢评分均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(t=3.767、3.866、3.679、3.044,P<0.05)。结论:头针疗法配合触觉振动反馈训练能有效改善卒中后偏瘫患者的平衡能力、行走能力,对促进患者步态及肢体运动恢复均有积极意义。 Objective:To observe the effect of scalp acupuncture combined with tactile haptic technology training on the balance ability and gait of hemiplegic patients after stroke.Methods:The patients in the hospital from January 2021 to June 2022 were included.The study subjects were 123 patients with post-stroke hemiplegia.The enrolled patients were divided into test group(62 cases)and conventional group(61 cases)with random number table.The conventional group was given conventional physical therapy and rehabilitation training.The experimental group was given scalp acupuncture therapy combined with tactile haptic technology training.All patients were followed up for half a year.The balance ability,walking ability,gait changes and limb motor function recovery during the follow-up period between the two groups of patients were compared.Results:Under different treatment schemes,Berg balance Scale(BBS)scores of experimental groups were higher than those of conventional group after 7 and 14 days of treatment,and TUGT scores of experimental groups were lower than those of conventional group,with statistically significant difference(t=3.230,3.391,3.448,3.121;P<0.05).After treatment,the healthy step length and the single support phase duration of the affected side/healthy side of the experimental group were higher than those of the conventional group,with statistically significant difference(t=3.928,4.489;P<0.05).Under different treatment plans,the upper and lower limb scores of Fugl-Meyer Motor Function Scale(FMA)in experimental group were higher than those in conventional group at 3 and 6 months of follow-up,and the difference was statistically significant(t=3.767,3.866,3.679,3.044;P<0.05).Conclusion:Scalp acupuncture combined with tactile haptic technology training can effectively improve the balance ability and walking ability of hemiplegia after stroke,which has positive significance in promoting the recovery of gait and limb movement of patients.
