摘要
本文利用2011—2022年间56个国家的面板数据,研究国内外产业链耦合协调对国家创新效能的影响。研究发现,国内与国际产业链耦合协调水平提高显著促进国家创新效能。进一步分析发现,该影响主要通过增强企业创新激励、产生并扩大国际技术溢出效应和提高市场创新偏好等路径实现。此外,异质性分析发现,在知识吸收能力更高、企业创新主体地位更突出和机会均等水平更高的国家,这种正向影响更为显著。本文的研究发现对我国构建“以国内大循环为主体、国内国际双循环相互促进”的新发展格局,避免产业大规模外迁与去全球化极端情形,促进国内外产业链协调发展,汇聚国内外创新资源,提升国家创新效能,建设创新型国家具有重要的启示。
This study examines the impact of domestic and international industrial chain coupling coordination on national innovation efficacy using panel data from 56 countries over the period 2011-2022.The findings reveal that enhanced coupling coordination within both domestic and international industrial chains significantly boosts national innovation efficacy.The research identifies several mechanisms through which this positive influence operates,including strengthening enterprise innovation incentives,generating and expanding international technology spillover effects and increasing market preferences for innovation.Moreover,heterogeneity analysis reveals that this positive effect is more pronounced in countries characterized by higher knowledge absorption capacity,stronger prominence of firms as key innovation actors,and greater levels of equal opportunity.The findings of this study have significant implications for China in building a new development pattern where the domestic cycle plays the main role and the domestic and international cycles mutually reinforce each other.These findings also help to prevent large-scale industrial relocation and extreme de-globalization scenarios,promote the coordinated development of domestic and international industrial chains,pool domestic and international innovation resources,enhance national innovation efficacy,and build an innovative country.
